Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Maison de hameau de 1820 avec une vue magnifique sur le lac , les montagnes et le château de Duingt. Située à flanc de montagne dans un des derniers hameaux préservé du lac d'Annecy, ambiance maison de village avec belle terrasse sur le jardin et vue grandiose . Entre baignade devant la maison, promenade en forêt (cascade), vélo , sports nautiques divers et ... "apéros face au soleil couchant" , voilà de quoi vous ressourcer ! Chalet Bellavista - a balcony on Swiss Alps

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Morzine apartment with fantastic mountain views

Located 1km from the centre of Morzine, Apartment 12 has fantastic views south over the town and mountains and is accessible via the stairs or the lift. Featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two double/twin rooms, one small room with bunk beds for two people and a double sofa bed. it is perfect for up to 8 people, but just in case there is also a trundle bed that can be used for an additional guest & travel cot for a baby. There is secure bike storage and a ski locker

Chalet/Appartement Rosemarie

Rosemarie 2 is a spacious, luxurious 4 **** 1st floor apartment very recently refurbished by local professionals. They have highlighted its traditional rustic features and blended them with modern touches throughout.This farmhouse style residence is off the main road but close enough to the centre of Morzine for easy, walkable access to the lifts (300M to the Super Morzine lift), restaurants and bars. If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Duplex on the Lake

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Chalet sur deux étàges privés 260m2

Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.
