Beaches such as Walton and Frinton are just a short drive away ,you are only a quick drive or walk from local convenience stores and superb pubs and eateries Dedham and Manningtree has to offer .We can also offer tepe hire & motorhome stays.

Enjoy Free Fishing with your stay! Pets are welcome! This is one of our two caravans located on the private land/fishery at the most picturesque part of Suffolk. This is a unique and tranquil getaway. You will have 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room,and a terrace facing beautiful lakes. There are 5 acres for walks, securely fenced up. We charge an additional £30 for pets, service pets free of charge. Beautiful old small town Clare is just 0.5 miles away.

Lake view lodges Long Melford (Melford)

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

Alice`s Beachside Haven

This unique place has a style all its own , perfect place to go to be beside the sea and beaches. Alice's beachside haven is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment with views over the sea, the beach is just a few metres away which extends for miles. The apartment has ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, family bathroom and a single bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge leading to the patio with sea views. There is gated resident parking for one car further free on street parking opposite.

Step back in time and stay in a converted cart shed, that historians believe John Constable would have kept his horses in. The barn sits in the grounds of Mill House, which between 1821 and 1843, was the home of John Constable’s sister, Martha. 'The Cabin' is a comfortable, bright, two bedroom cottage on Mersea Island, a few steps from the sea on a much sought after quiet lane. There are two double bedrooms, one with a Super King bed the other with a King size bed and a bunk bed. There are great walks and bike rides either along the sea wall or on the beach, and some fantastic seafood eateries. Mersea Island is off the coast of Essex, 9 miles southeast of Colchester, just one hour from London.
