This property has a living room and kitchenette downstairs and a spacious bedroom with master bathroom upstairs. This Airbnb is attached to our home. A renovated mid century modern house with natural peaceful views out of every window and slider. No detail spared, as it was going to be our forever home. Located on an ocean access canal, extremely safe, quaint and friendly neighborhood, just off 41. The backyard has a large shaded sitting area with a gas grill and fire pit. The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.

Living on the Green

This newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath pool home is located on a lovely golf course. The pool area faces beautiful sunsets and is not heated. During the day the sun warms it to 80 unless the weather is cooler or rainy. The home is near shopping, restaurants at Gulf Town Center and Coconut Point. Beaches in Bonita or Fort Myers Beach close by. Pool table w/ table tennis option in garage. For the summer months I have added a mini-split A/C unit for the master suite for additional comfort.

Come and relax in this calm, stylish space located on one acre property full of pines and fruit trees, with access to the House Heated Pool with Jacuzzi and the sauna. Modern design will make you feel comfortable. Close to Bonita, Ft.Myers, Lovers key and Sanibel beaches & fishing piers. Cottage is 12 miles away (19 km) from RSW airport, about 20 min of driving. We are happy to meet our guests, but also respect your privacy. Your comfort is our priority.

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.
