Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Welcome! Our condo is open for renters and did not have any damage from recent Hurricane Ian. Our updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably sleeps 3-4. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills and pavilion are a short walk away. Enjoy a relaxing day at our private Bonita Bay Beach Park with free shuttle in season. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. ** If you are bringing a pet, PLEASE let me know ahead of time as there are restrictions on size and breed (dogs).**

Oceanview condo with the Gulf of Mexico view and silky white beaches is available for your pleasure. Owner, not a rental agency managed condo. Fear not, I run an honest small rental service and you can deal with me in confidence. Please be aware some construction is going on in the entire area due to hurricane Ian impact, including our complex. Noise is minimal but might be disturbing to some.
