My condo is close to the beach, NOT on the beach, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Beach. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twin murphy beds in the guest room. Walking distance from a Super Target. Several outlet malls, closest is 2 miles. FYI, not handicap accessible (second floor unit). A few steps to the pool and grill.

Studio beach cottage experience in North Naples. Take one of the two complementary bicycles on an easy 15 min bike ride to the beautiful Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt beach. Just 3 miles from the popular Mercado shops, restaurants and theater. Prefer to walk? It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Take one of double kayaks from the dock to the beach.

We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free
