Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Here at the Lazy L, the Cedar Cabin offers rest and relaxation at it's finest in a setting that allows you to view wildlife from the privacy of your own porch. The interior is filled with locally milled eastern red cedar and reclaimed barn wood. The cabin is convenient to Providence Canyon and Lake Eufaula.

Located on one of Eufaula's most historical and highest points on the bluff. This location is within walking distance to downtown, historical points of interest, The Yoholo Micro: The Creek Indian Trail (this 3.2 mile paved path is a converted rails-to-trails route that is popular for walking, running, and biking), restaurants, shopping, etc.

If you're looking for scenic views, rustic charm, and some of Alabama's best fishing, the Coker Cabin is for you. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and beds for 7. A pullout sofa is available to accommodate up to 8 total. This is more than a vacation rental- this is our family home. We hope you enjoy the cozy touches our family has added over the years and love it as much as we do!
