Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. Please let us know if your pet will be coming with you

There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

You really couldn’t pick a better spot to land! Built in the 1940's, this charming cottage has been recently renovated with modern updates. The large, fully-fenced backyard provides a private space to sit back on the porch swing, have a cookout, and enjoy our amazing deck!
