Guest House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Guest House. Explore 3.5 acres of beauty nestled in the forest off the McKenzie River. Find pleasure in quiet downtime or enjoy indoor and outdoor recreation! Some spectacular sights just up the road-- hiking, water falls, hot springs! With the river just 5 min away. We are a multigenerational property, with chickens, cats and a couple of dogs. You will have the the whole house and deck areas to yourself. The rest of property is shared!

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Country cabin

This is a small cabin built for my mother in law it is very cute. It can sleep up to 4 there is a hidebed couch. It is one bedroom. I have had several weddings here it is a beautiful park like setting l beleive you will really enjoy your stay there are animals on property. The cabin is rustic style but very well maintained. Welcome to our College Hill guest retreat in the heart of Eugene. This one-bedroom suite is on the first floor of our home with a private entry, full kitchen, modern bath, and 65" TV. Pool and hot tub access are shared with our family. Max 2 guests. No children—pool is not fenced. Close to UO, markets, and restaurants. Street parking is available.
