Le loft cosy dans notre maison familiale possède une entrée indépendante et un parking privé. Un hall, un wc séparé, un salon (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), cuisine équipée, un lit double et une sdb. Un petit jardin cosy est aménagé. « Chez Lou" est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente. ( ⚠️ jacuzzi mai à octobre). Nous sommes à Baelen, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et de la baraque Michel pour de belles balades.A deux pas, Aix-la-Chapelle ou Eupen, pour des activités, magasins et restaurants

Diese gemütliche, ruhige Ferienwohnung hat zwei Zimmer zuzüglich Küche und Badezimmer. Sie ist ideal zur Erholung für 2 -3 Personen geeignet. In Wohnzimmer und Diele ist Laminatfußboden verlegt, die anderen Räume sind mit PVC-Böden ausgestattet. Da diese Wohnung für Allergiker geeignet bleiben soll, ist das Mitbringen von Haus- und Kleintieren, sowie das Rauchen innerhalb der Wohnung nicht gestattet. Hinweis: Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The following cultural and culinary cities are nearby: Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Heerlen, Tongeren, Liège, Monschau, Spa. The race track Francorchamps is only 27km away.

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Wir haben die Möglichkeit für einen eigenständigen Check in geschaffen, begrüßen unsere Gäste aber, wenn es uns möglich ist, immer selbst.
