Il Relais Santa Caterina della Rosa sorge all'interno di un palazzetto del 16 secolo, ex convento e sede storica del Conservatorio di Santa Caterina. La Suite Superior è una location unica, 90 mq, totalmente affrescata, le sue finestre affacciano direttamente nella navata della chiesa sottostante. We have just completed the restoration of our hotel. All our rooms and facilities have been renovated. Our rooms have been redesigned in accordance with the texture of the region and in a modern way. Most of our rooms are cave rooms and we have a few arched stone rooms. Some of our rooms have bathtubs and fairy chimney views. Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the terrace, accompanied by the magnificent sunrise. Guests can enjoy the view of hot air balloons rising over the valley.

This room is build in an approximately 300-year-old house, which was recently renovated in 2019. We aim to preserve the traditional aspects of the house, and offer a glimpse of how life in Berat has been in the past, while of course making your stay in our tiny guest-house comfortable. Every detail is designed by local artisans and craftsmen with the tradition in mind.

I offer a bright and spacious room with private shower and toilet. My house is located in the calm Zurenborg neighbourhood. Here you can find many restaurants and bars. The train station is only a few minutes walk and public transport and bikes are around the corner. Enjoy a dip in the pool (May-Sept) or relax in the tropical garden. Please notify me upfront if you want to use the pool (12am-5pm), as this is located in a private space. Photo shoots only allowed after request.
