Garden Cottage is a unique, one bedroomed stone built cottage in the pretty village of Tackley. Newly renovated and decorated, the cottage sleeps up to 2 people and provides the perfect base from which to visit nearby Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village and the historic city of Oxford. The Cotswolds are also within an easy drive. Whether you're sightseeing further afield or enjoying countryside walks direct from the door, we hope you'll have a relaxing and enjoyable stay here at Garden Cottage.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

La maison est située dans le hameau de la Jaillette , sur la rivière Oudon . Le lieu est riche en patrimoine (église prieurale des XII-XIIIème siècles ouverte à la visite). Je l'ai restaurée avec les matériaux les plus naturels (torchis, chaux, chanvre, tomettes anciennes … ). Elle est composée d'une salle de séjour avec coin cuisine (20 m2), une salle de bain avec douche (4 m2) et une chambre à l'étage sous les combles isolés à la laine de bois. Jardin privé avec mobilier et parasol.

In dit sfeervolle en ruime appartement van meer dan 50 m², daterend uit circa 1640, is het heerlijk vertoeven. Dankzij de authentieke, dikke natuurstenen muren blijft het ’s zomers heerlijk koel. Handdoeken, beddengoed en keukendoeken liggen al voor je klaar, en je bent van harte welkom om vrij gebruik te maken van onze tuin en natuurlijke zwemvijver. En vanzelfsprekend: iedereen is bij ons welkom. Wij zijn LHBTIQ+-friendly en geloven in een plek waar iedereen zich vrij en thuis voelt!

You will get to enjoy an amazing view with the star ⭐ and the northern light at night. 💚 The location is also make it easier to travel to Lyngen, Senja, Lofoten and North cape. Recommend to rent a car but also can travel with bus to the city centre every 1-2 hour. We offer pick up service for our guest. We also have service with hotub and ice fishing on the season.😊

A fully fitted country style kitchen with dining area. Adjacent to a stylish lounge with a stunning Chesterfield, cosy arm chair and log burner. We provide guests with two XL Terry towelling robes & slippers, towels, logs & kindling and special hamper on arrival.
