Peaceful 5 bedroom 4.5 bath waterfront house

This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.

Several acres directly on a secluded portion of Porter Lake so you can bring your boat or enjoy the local trails with your ATV in the summer. Enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter. This 1500 square foot cabin offers all the modern conveniences. Close to area hiking and mountain climbing in summer and Sugarloaf and Saddleback skiing in winter. Awesome colors of foliage changes during the fall. Beautiful Riverside Studio/above garage apartment, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy studio feet from the river's edge. We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.

The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!

Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, private deck, and fire pit, as well as the shared sauna, dock, and swimming beach. Prime location for boating, fishing, hiking, and more. Minutes to Saddleback skiing. Access to snowmobile trails via the frozen lake. Plenty of parking for your trailer so bring your toys!

Camp Bai Yuka/Little Camp (Log Cabin on Webb Lake)

Enjoy your stay on the banks of Webb Lake in our 2019 hand-crafted log cabin. This cabin is 35 ft from the high water mark and has views of the lake from all three bedrooms. This rental has access to a private beach ( 200 ft) and is in a secluded cove on the lake. For travelers unfamiliar with Weld, Maine, Weld is nested in the heart of the western mountains of Maine. Hiking Tumbledown and Mt Blue are only the beginning of the recreational opportunities.
