Newly refurbished 1st floor flat in the quaint Devon village of Stokeinteignhead, close to the popular seaside towns of Teignmouth, Shaldon & Torquay. A traditional exterior leads to a bright open plan living/ kitchen/dining area, with a spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom and peaceful terrace for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun. Ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
