Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

A stunning bijoux cottage nestled in the heart of the beautiful estuary town of Topsham. Topsham is the jewel in Devon’s crown and is drenched with fabulous places to wine and dine . There are an array of artisan shops to explore providing everything you need for your perfect staycation . The surrounding area is spectacular for walking/cycling and there is a quaint little train station providing access to the Cathedral city of Exeter and a short hop to the near by beaches in exmouth.
