The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Welcome to our one bedroom flat with a separate entrance, on street parking and amazing views!! You will share our porch but have your own front door. Lovely walks right outside. The road is quiet and safe. We provide a free parking permit. The nearest shop is a 15/20 walk so please note if you are arriving without a car
