Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new cosy, light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs & enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.
