A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

La chambre et la cuisine donnent sur un joli jardin privatif fleuri et sa vue sur mer. En contrebas de la maison, à 10 minutes à pied, se trouve la gare d’Eze très bien desservie, le train vous permettra de découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région. Vous pouvez également accéder à la maison en voiture, il est très facile de stationner autour de la maison.

The villa is located in the beautiful Eze sur mer, set in a beautiful garden, the space is an apartment within the villa. its located 2 minutes from bus , train station and beach. Surrounded by dramatic scenery of the mountains with the view on the Eze village on the cliff above. the apartment is comprised of a spacious bedroom en-suite. it has a kitchen and a sitting room. its on the ground floor of the Vila, with direct access to the pool. There are another two units also on Airbnb.
