La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Das frisch sanierte Häuschen ist ca. 55 qm groß und verfügt über ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett (160x200cm). Im kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küche befindet sich eine gemütliche Schlafcouch, Smart TV, Essplatz und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten: Großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ceranherd, Backofen, normale Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. sind vorhanden. An kalten Wintertagen schafft der Kamin eine behagliche Atmosphäre.

Süßes Ferienhaus im romantischen Pogöriach am Fuße der Karawanken, 20 Gehminuten vom Faaker See entfernt. Geeignet für 4 Personen, besonders für Familien. Im 1. Stock befindet sich 1 Schlafzimmer sowie ein schöner Wohn-Essbereich mit Balkon. Im EG gibt es ein 2. Schlafzimmer und das Bad/WC plus Nebenräume. Der große Garten, inklusive Sitzgelegenheit für die Gäste, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Tischtennisplatte und Kinderschaukel sind vorhanden. Wir leben nebenan und sind jederzeit erreichbar.

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
