Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Separate entrance, complete privacy, Easy check in and out! two car parking at the front of the house, quiet cul-de-sac street, one block away from De-Anza high school, church...,

After parking on the property, access through a private garden gate. Pass over the patio to enter the studio apartment. Stepping down to enter the homey space you’ll enjoy acomfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and kitchen. Empty drawers greet you in the dressers . San Francisco is 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. A great way to see the sites; allowing you prepare some light meals between savoring the local cuisines.
