Ultra-luxury top floor unit in the historical condominium. 4.5M floor-to-ceiling window giving away NY-style luxury vibes. The condo is adjacent to Wooster square park, world-famous pizza restaurants, a farmers' market, waterfront and a 4-min drive to Yale's main campus. This is my own apartment while studying at Yale, so all amenities are of extremely high quality. I enjoy playing with interior design and spend most of my summer traveling. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is a 10 minute walk to the downtown Stamford area, and 50 minute train ride into Manhattan. Queen sized bed in bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to 4 people. Internet/Wifi, Keurig coffee maker, linens, towels, dishes, silverware and pots/pans are included. **As of May, 2023, a new larger parking space has been obtained, free of charge, and clear instructions are available to guests.

Comfortable apartment near all communal facilities

I have an apartment located in an excellent quiet area with easy access. It is furnished and is very close to different areas such as supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and universities. It also has 100% filtered water to drink. Something very important is that NO type of drugs are accepted, NO Viper or electronic cigarettes or Hookah are NOT accepted on this property. If we find odors or drug residues, they will be reported and fined.
