Two levels with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor; upstairs: a bathroom, master bedroom with a sitting area, a separate office with a desk and queen size bed.

Grocery stores (.5 mile), beach (1.5 miles), Great Pond walking path (.5 mile), downtown Falmouth (1.5 miles) and Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard (1.4 miles). Please note: - Home is professionally cleaned between guests and treated by Terminix, though the occasional bug can still appear. - A car is recommended on Cape Cod. - There are window AC units.

Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.
