Situated in a desirable part of the town on a quiet no through road the accommodation comes with allocated off road parking. Gyllyngvase beach and Falmouth town centre are a 5 - 10 minute drive away and there are many national trust sites nearby. Both local beaches have lovely restaurants/cafes

Great location, A comfy double bed which you may have to make up yourself. I have osteoarthritis, and sometimes cant manage to make the bed. If I am not well enough to do it, I leave freshly washed and ironed bedding out for you.. Towels and toiletries provided, kettle with tea and coffee provided. Free WiFi access. Breakfast is included in the price. We have off-road parking on our driveway.
