A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

We are ideally located for exploring Cornwall as the Eden Project and beaches are only 10 minutes away, and the north coast only 40 minutes. Lostwithiel itself is a hidden gem with lots of antique shops and lovely walks.
