Pencuke farm holiday cottages are a 5 minute drive from Crackington Haven beach, pub and cafes. Cambeak Shepherds Hut is one of two luxury shepherds huts. It was built by us featuring a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing on a clear night. The stunning views are over an area of outstanding natural beauty, across a valley to the sea where the sun sets. You can meet our alpacas and sheep. Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

We are only 2 miles off the A30 so easy to reach all those hidden gems & St Ives is only 30 mins away! If you prefer public transport, we have a bus stop near so you can enjoy taking in the Cornish scenery. The local village of St Day is only a 10 minute walk away and includes 2 general stores & 2 pubs.

Designed for those who love the great outdoors but like their creature comforts, our shepherds hut is a little slice of luxury with a king size bed, thermostatic heating and en suite shower room. Sited with unspoilt views down a seaward valley guests are welcome to enjoy our 14 acre farm, which includes a wildflower meadow, woodland and a river. An outdoor kitchen, rose garden and an orchard of Cornish apple varieties, complete with free range chickens, are all available for guests to use.

Our beautiful bespoke shepherd's hut, The Idle Hour, enjoys a stunning location overlooking the North Cornish coast with panoramic sea views from Trebarwith to Tintagel church. Close to beautiful beaches, the SW Coast Path and only a few minutes drive from Tintagel Village. Get away from it all, going back to basics but with a few luxuries such as an ensuite bathroom (shower), 100% cotton bedding and kitchenette. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.
