The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

We're a 15 minute walk from Porthmeor beach, a stunning beach with golden sands and awesome surf that sits beneath The Tate St Ives. Ten minutes to the coastal path for stunning walks to Zennor, with an incredible bus trip home, nestled behind the Leach Pottery, for incredible ceramic and stoneware treats.

This 16th century boathouse has been lovingly converted into a highly unique accommodation for two. Tangier Quay Boathouse is a bijou, 7 metre x 3 metre harbourage right on the Polruan waterfront. The relaxing ocean inspired decor will immediately put you in holiday mode. Both levels enjoy unlimited harbour views through the huge glass windows and doors.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2026 but the site is open. We are open year round.
