I hjärtat av Falsterbo

Precis intill Kärleksstigen mitt i det klassiska Falsterbo ligger detta charmiga och fräsha sommarhus. Stranden, Skanörs eller Falsterbos, ligger inte mer än ett par minuters cykelväg bort och det gäller även golfbanorna. Fastigheten består av två byggnader där ena byggnaden har kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Den andra inhyser tre sovrum alla med separat ingång och bra förvaringsmöjligheter samt ett badrum med tvättmaskin. Du har tillgång till hela huset och hela trädgården när du hyr.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, kaffekokare, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Hestestalden. Gårdidyl ved Stevns Klint.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Close to Malmoe, Lund, Falsterbo and Copenhagen. 20 min drive to Copenhagen Airport and 10 min to Malmö.

Strömma - Summer Cottage

Rent from Saturday-Saturday during summer. Exception 29/6-12/7, shorter stays are possible. You’ll love my place because of its coziness and location. Built in 1920 and extended in the 60th's on a big sunny lot, close to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
