Esta moradia está inserida no empreendimento Dunas D'Ofir Village, localizada perto da praia e dispõe de piscina exterior, zonas ajardinadas, 1 lugar de estacionamento privado, entre outras regalias. A moradia é composta por dois quartos com cama de casal, sala de jantar/estar, dois Wc's, 1 chuveiro e um terraço exterior privado com churrasqueira e mesa de refeições.
