Located near historic downtown Farmington, and a short drive to the regional airport, golf courses, and river fishing. Surrounded by historical and natural attractions such as Shiprock, Four Corners Monument, Mesa Verde. Spacious home with three bedrooms, two baths, large yard and enclosed covered back patio. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

This little home is an older, comfy, and clean duplex located on the west side of Farmington. Fairly close to downtown and plenty of restaurants as well as the riverwalk and San Juan Regional. Farmington is a great central location to Chaco Canyon, the Aztec Ruins, Bisti Badlands, Durango Colorado, and many more! There is plenty of backyard space but there is *CURRENTLY NO ENCLOSED FENCING*. For those traveling with pets we do have a nicely sized secure dog run!
