A cama está localizada num mezanino pelo que é necessário subir escadas. O apartamento está muito bem equipado. Mesmo no centro da cidade mas numa zona tranquila este apartamento é ideal para quem gosta de se deslocar a pé para as coisas do dia-a-dia pois tem todos os serviços de que pode necessitar a curta distância.

A casa não é aconselhada para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ou mobilidade reduzida, não é acessível a cadeiras de rodas, pois a escadaria de acesso à mesma tem 23 degraus um pouco altos.
