Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining options. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown bars, and everything else Dickson street has to offer!

Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
