I offer a beautiful studio condo right on the Fayetteville farmers market and historic downtown Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining options. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown bars, and everything else Dickson street has to offer!

The Nest: Forest Getaway on Mt Kessler near U of A

The 650 sq ft apartment is on the first floor of a home nestled on the side of Mt. Kessler, surrounded by woods on three sides. You'll have your own separate keypad entrance, full bath, kitchenette, TV, walk-in closet, and two rooms-one bedroom with a full-size bed and one with a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette has a large fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee on one of the many hammocks and hanging chairs outside the apartment and on the gazebo.
