Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining options. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown bars, and everything else Dickson street has to offer!

The 650 sq ft apartment is on the first floor of a home nestled on the side of Mt. Kessler, surrounded by woods on three sides. You'll have your own separate keypad entrance, full bath, kitchenette, TV, walk-in closet, and two rooms-one bedroom with a full-size bed and one with a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette has a large fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee on one of the many hammocks and hanging chairs outside the apartment and on the gazebo.
