Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This converted garage apartment has all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway or extended stay! Located close to dining, trails, entertainment, a supermarket, the library, and the University of Arkansas, you'll find "The Cube" to be a hidden gem. Located off the Greenway trail, it is a fantastic way to see Northwest Arkansas! Bring your bike! Make "The Cube" your home base! Thirty minutes to Bentonville (by car). Full kitchen, washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, books, games, no tv. Pet friendly!

This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
