Charming Sugarbush Standalone Condo

Situated on the mountain with a panoramic view, this stand alone condo - ski-on/ski-off (winter) / spectacular vistas (fall) / Mad River fun (summer) / blissful bloom (spring) - will be your home away from home. This spacious, three-floored home is filled with light and great for couples, families, business travelers, or solo adventurers. This architectural showpiece is a high-concept concrete manse featuring well-designed details from FAIA Architect David Sellers, such as a curving staircase, exposed concrete structural elements, double height ceilings and open views. There are 3 beds, 3 baths, open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area and small grassy yard with a view, tucked away in the forest on Prickly Mountain Rd, Warren in the Mad River Valley

The Barnbrook House

Come relax in the serenity of the quiet countryside. This home boasts beautiful views, a large stone fireplace, and stained glass windows throughout the home. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, amenities, and beds with 1500 thread count sheets while exploring the interesting features of this one of a kind house. Sit by the spring fed pond overlooking the property laced with apple trees. The home has direct access to short walking trails and is close to VAST trails for snowmobiling.

Located just above Sugarbush village, this perfectly situated home lets you make the most of your time in Warren, VT. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Welcome to our cozy 2BR/1BA cabin, ideal for 6 guests. Relax by the indoor fireplace or outside by the fire pit and hot tub. Listen to the stream from the patio. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for convenience. Only 10 mins from Dartmouth College and 5 mins to downtown Norwich, VT. Multiple ski resorts within 30-minutes. Perfect for a serene getaway, this cabin offers a blend of comfort, nature, and convenience, ensuring a memorable stay for family, friends, or a romantic retreat!

Wake up to stunning views of Sugarbush in this “Flat Roof A-Frame". Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Incredible views from this fantastic house set on 4 acres central to all activities in the Valley - hiking, biking, skiing, fun at the river. A mile to downtown Waitsfield for groceries, shopping, etc. The house gets tremendous sun and all rooms have an exceptional view of the mountains and the valley, which are spectacular year round. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and there’s also a gas grill. Spend the day out exploring and then relax on the deck!

Cozy net zero apartment

Cozy one bedroom apartment with all the modern conveniences to make this your home base for a weekend, a week, or longer. Apartment runs on entirely solar power, and is heated and air conditioned. 20 minutes from sugarbush/mad river and 10 minutes from Waitsfield. 1 mile to the moretown general store. A perfect home base for exploring the mountains. Use our heated and unfinished stairway for your muddy and snowy boots and gear storage. Separate entrance through our garage.
