This 2nd floor barn apartment is a bright and airy space to enjoy quiet, cozy and private country living. Lone Elm Farm is an easy 5 mile drive from downtown Montpelier, 37 minutes to Stowe, VT and 1 hr 22 min. to the Canadian border. Many nordic and alpine ski resorts within an hours drive. Come experience sunrises and sunsets, Fall foliage, and snow (seasonal). The property is 40 acres of organic farm and forest and 1086 ft above the sea! We have adopted Airbnb's strict cleaning protocol

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish two-bedroom home that is centrally located for easy access to skiing, biking, hiking, and exploring. The Camp features beautiful Mountain Views and sits on a wooded hilltop to escape the busy city life. The Camp interior is newly remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed. Come get away and relax!

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.
