Možete parkirati dva auta u dvorište i uživati šetajući desetak minuta do plaže i obližnjih barova. Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).
