Beautiful studio room attached to a house. With only one entrance to the room from the outside, you can come and go as you please. Located conveniently between Boulder and Denver! The studio has one queen size bed, one couch bed, one air mattress, clothes drawers & racks, bathroom, shower, small table, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV/DVD player and much more! Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Perfect for a quiet group wanting to check out a few places like Denver, Golden, and Boulder or if you are visiting family close by. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms: 2 King beds/1 Queen bed, in their own room. Check in=3pm and Checkout=11am Parents/Children: This is not a good place for a 0-8 years old since the host lives below in a separate basement apartment. Teenagers- no running/stomping.

Kitchen is small in size but has a full size stove, microwave, a multi-function toaster/convection oven, dishwasher, multi function coffee maker, dishes, silverware & cookware. The Roku TV lets you stream your favorite shows.

Snacks and drinks are provided for convenience.
