Sunny Heights Cottage Location: Eureka, Humboldt County, California Our cottage is a spacious one bedroom home located on a hilltop overlooking our local neighborhood and the Ryan Slough greenbelt off Humboldt Bay. The cottage is conveniently located. It is less than one mile from our local hospital, Highway 101, and the new Humboldt Bay Waterfront Trail. It also less than two miles from downtown Eureka and only seven miles from Humboldt State University, north in the city of Arcata.

This room offers guests a vacation back in time in our historic home in the heart of Eureka's Midtown District. Inviting guests to relax for a while or go exploring in our town, which has been in existence for over 160 years. My house is a cozy, mid-century ranch-style where guests can relax in the living room, sunroom or on a small deck overlooking the garden. There is no TV in this room but you're welcome to watch it in the family room. Ample parking. No pets please. My little dog isn’t real friendly with other pets, just people.
