Relax in marble washrooms, one with a clawfoot bath, the other a walk-in shower. French doors open out to a courtyard dining area + pizza oven, fire pit and acres of farmland, forest + trails to explore.

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

The house comprises three bedrooms :- a master bedroom with en suite shower-room; a large bedroom with king size bed; a smaller double room, and a double sofa bed in the living room. 'Orchard Cottage' has a large enclosed garden making it great for families, while a large patio adjoining the house makes it ideal for enjoying 'al-fresco' dining!
