This uniquely designed cabin (co-created with architect Akiko Kobayashi) is a rural dream pad. Perfect for a quiet getaway, a romantic hideout or a base to explore the beauty of Fife. With a separate dedicated workspace it’s also a perfect place to write or create something special (or even to keep a hand in at work, not recommended!). Luxury River View Farm Cottage + Dog Friendly

Enjoy stunning views over the River Tay from a luxury countryside base (35 mins from St Andrews & 50 mins from Edinburgh). Old Parkhill is a beautifully restored 3 bedroom farm cottage, featuring a stylish open plan space, designer kitchen, wood burning stove and heated polished concrete floors. Relax in marble washrooms, one with a clawfoot bath, the other a walk-in shower. French doors open out to a courtyard dining area + pizza oven, fire pit and acres of farmland, forest + trails to explore.

Unique Edwardian studio flat

This quaint and unique place is close to Dunfermline town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Guests have the use of the property owners garden and patio. The flat has it's own rear access with security lighting. PLEASE NOTE this property is over 100 years old and has lower ceilings of 195cm.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Braeview: Cosy studio farm cottage near St Andrews

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Charming self contained annex apartment overlooking beautiful walled gardens. Located in a quiet area of the historic market town of Cupar and close to St Andrews and Edinburgh. This two floor self contained apartment has private gardens and ample off street parking. The upper floor provides an open plan kitchen, dining and snug area. The shower room and bedroom with king size bed is located on the ground floor. Cupar is a perfect location to explore Fife and surrounding areas.

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.
