The villa is set in a peaceful part of the world, far from the madding crowd but at the same time only a short drive away from numerous interesting seaside resorts and lovely St. Andrews and everything that offers whether you might fancy a game of golf,a meal in one of the many restaurants or to just meander around the City and absorb its atmosphere . There is also a lot of history to be discovered too and all in all after a tiring and challenging year what a better way to relax and unwind.

Iconic Beach-Front Fisherman’s Cottage

Enviably located in an iconic row of fisherman’s cottages a few feet from the beach at West Shore, Pittenweem, our 3 bedroom cottage is accessed from the historic harbour by a pedestrian pathway. Stunning sea views over the Firth of Forth to the Bass Rock & North Berwick, make it the perfect beachfront retreat. All facilities of this lively picturesque fishing village are within easy walking distance including coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and Independant galleries. 20 minutes to St Andrews.

Sir Stuarts House, Fingask Castle, Rait

Our place is approximately half way between Perth and Dundee, 1 hour from Edinburgh and 1hr 15 mins from Glasgow. A large house that sits on the side of the lake, the house is ideal for families, larger groups, or smaller groups who need separate bedrooms, and well behaved pets. There are 6 bedrooms - 1 double room, 4 twin rooms and 1 room to be used as a small sitting room or a bedroom with one day bed and an occasional camp bed. Pets are welcome - please do not leave them alone for long.

Beech Tree Cottage, Fingask Castle, Rait

Fingask Castle, and Beech Tree Cottage is half way between Perth and Dundee, approximately 1 hour drive from Edinburgh.. Set on a hillside, it is hidden in the Perthshire countryside, in a wooded glen. It feels like it is away from the world, even though it's only 5/10 mins from the A90. Beech Tree is one of our larger cottages, great for families or friends to share but also comfortable for smaller groups and couples and for your pets too (though pets not to be left alone in the cottage).

Our place is close to Half way between Perth and Dundee, only an hour from Edinburgh and 1 hour 15mins from Glasgow. You’ll love our place because of the location sitting at the top of the site, lovely views, lots of outdoor space, places to explore and wildlife to see. Good for couples, solo adventurers, smaller families - it sleeps 4 people max, or bigger groups if using other cottages too, and well behaved pets are welcome (though not to be left alone in the cottage unless in a crate).

Hidden in the Perthshire countryside, on a hillside with gardens and wooded areas to explore, Fingask has a magic about it and feels like it is far away from the world (it's only 5 mins off the A90). This cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers and for families with kids. Pets are welcome too, though please do not leave them alone for extended periods unless in their crate. T

3 bedroom house - 2 double beds and 1 pull out 2 person bed. 6 minute drive or 14 min walk to high street. 4 min walk to bus stop with regular bus service which takes you to Archerfield estate for Scottish open (also takes you round north Berwick + to Edinburgh city centre). Kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. 2 bathrooms (1 bath/shower and 1 shower) sea views & 10 min walk to beach. Includes spa and gym access at a local facility.

The Stables, Pitmilly near St Andrews

The Stables is a Courtyard property at Pitmilly. It looks out onto the children’s play park and open fields from its large open-plan living area. It has a country-style kitchen and dining space, a double room, a family bunk bedroom and another room which can be either twin or double. The Stables has a bathroom and a shower room, and is on ground floor level. The Stables sleeps 6, and can accommodate 8 if the sofa bed is used.

The Byre Cottage, Pitmilly near St. Andrews

The Byre is a Courtyard cottage on ground floor level, and can be accessed via its own front door . The cosy apartment has an open plan living room, country-style kitchen and bathroom. The beautifully oak fitted bedroom can be made up as a twin or super king room, which looks over a courtyard garden. The Byre sleeps 2, and by using the double sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
