Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Walkover to private beach is through the backyard path outside the fence that leads to the sidewalk to A1A, two houses over before White House trimmed in blue across the street marked Painters Walk. 2nd walkover is across from the main entrance.
