Enjoy this clean, comfortable, conveniently located, vibrant artist's studio. The artwork, craftsmanship and mountain views bring vitality and charm to this unique space. The Cactus Wren is perfect for a home base as you explore Flagstaff and Northern Arizona like Snowbowl (32 min drive), Sedona (40 min drive), and the Grand Canyon (77 min drive). Access to the National Forest is just minutes away and downtown is a quick drive. This is the perfect getaway for singles, couples, or work travel.

Flagstaff is a wonderful place to hike, bike and other outdoor activities. The studio is comfortable & cozy stay for couples/solo travelers. Enjoy fresh air from your private deck, entrance & parking . Very private but comfort of your hosts next door should you have any needs. We are convenient to freeways, this does bring some noise but otherwise a quiet neighborhood, sound machine provided. *Host is allergic to pets, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals.

This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.
