Our place is a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is fully equipped dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. 1910s farmhouse less than a mile from Mt. Abram main lodge, and 6 miles from Bethel and Sunday river. 3 private bedrooms sleep 6, with one full bath on the first floor and a small half bath on the 2nd floor. Large living room, large kitchen with dining area, deck has outdoor dining area with gas grill and there is a full laundry room. Access to 80 acres (for walking and biking, but no motorized off-road vehicles are allowed) and approved pets are welcome!
