There is no direct ATV access from this location but trailering 4 miles gets you access. Close to 6 lakes and the Connecticut River. Short commute to Maine, Vermont and Canada. Rent all 3 cabins on the property for family and friends gatherings. Wood burning fireplace makes evenings cozy and large outdoor porch is great for enjoying sunny days

Small trailer+1 vehicle parking. Cozy A-frame (500 sq ft) that only sleeps 2 people in 1 queen bed overlooking Back Lake and on the trails. Ride from the cabin! Perfect location (Beach Rd) close to all activities - ATV/snowmobile rentals, kayaking, canoeing, boating, hiking, hunting, beach/swimming & fishing. We provide a dock, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe shared with our Dockside cabin guests. 1st, 2nd, 3rd CT & Lake Francis are minutes away. Cook, BBQ or several restaurants are nearby.

Cozy cabin with wide private waterfront & dock. West - facing for nice sunny days and breathtaking sunsets. Lakeside firepit for roasting marshmallows, dock for sunbathing, wide deck for dining / lounging as loons and eagles mesmerize you. Master BR with King bed & twin bunks. Upstairs BR with Queen bed. Couches & airbeds just in case. Indoor and outdoor showers. High speed internet with streaming TV. Just 15 minutes from I-95 but East Pond feels like the middle of nowhere.
