This immersive class combines Italian tradition with festive fun, perfect for families and friends.** Take a break from travel fatigue and experience a deeper connection with Italian culture by mastering the art of homemade pasta in our hands-on cooking class in Florence. Join us at our cooking school in the historic city centre, right by the Arno River, for a fun, interactive and unique experience led by professional chefs. In various shapes, you’ll learn the secrets of making traditional Italian pasta like RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE, and TORTELLI. We provide everything you need—kitchen apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After crafting your pasta, we’ll cook it together and enjoy the meal family-style with the group. Tomato sauce for fettuccine is made in advance and butter&sage is made in front of you. The experience is held in English, lasts around 3 hours and includes connecting with fellow travellers while sipping organic Tuscan wine from our farm, “Dalle Nostre Mani.” At the end, enjoy some chocolate dessert with a shot of limoncello. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We'll meet in Florence, where a driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1) Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos. You may even meet our friendly, domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2) Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white, red, aged straight from the barrel, and "Vin Santo" a classic sweet wine. You’ll also sample our premium olive oil and watch a short film about our mission. You'll have the chance to purchase wines at exclusive cellar prices or order them to ship. 3) The final part is all about making fresh pasta! Raffaella or Laura will teach you how to craft it using authentic techniques, then cook all your pasta together (it won't be possible to do individual cooking) to enjoy it as a group at a long table, just like a traditional Italian family. Our organic wine will accompany the meal. One of our co-hosts will ensure you take center stage and be the protagonist! We'll be around 16 participants for an intimate experience. You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes. I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! During the class, we’ll serve organic wine from my farm, produced using natural methods, with your meal. If you’d like to enjoy some wine before mealtime, you’re welcome to purchase bottles from our shop before the class begins. After making your pasta, we’ll enjoy the meal together, just like an Italian family. You’ll savor the dishes you’ve crafted, followed by a rich chocolate dessert to finish. Shooting people who dont know how to pose:) My photoshoot is a perfectly organised route, we will take a lot of different photos throughout the hour. All the locations convey the vibe and atmosphere of Florence and are completely personalised. I know all the hidden places of Florence for amazing pictures and have hight level of photography skills Programs: 1.Our starting point will be Piazzale Michelangelo, the most famous, and breathaking view of Florence to continue until San Miniato al Monte, the oldest church in Florence. You will get amazing panoramic photos with view of Florence and Duomo. OR 2.The program (on request for PRIVET groups only, avl only in the morning): Duomo, pz Repubblica, pz Signoria, Ponte Vecchio. Pay attention there are two options: Shared photoshoot (max 6 persons) or private one. If You want only Your group (or You and Your partner) to be at the photoshoot You have to book the experience for PRIVATE group and enter the number of persons. You will get all original photos same day and 30 edited photos/person by Your select. So, if You are a couple You will get all original photos and 60 edited photos by Your select, if You are a family of 5 You will get 150 edited photos etc. My experience is recommended to: couples, families and friends. "Italian Opera in concert" is a season of opera concerts. You will listen every night lyrical concerts with arias from the Italian lyric repertoire. Mostly you will listen arias from La Traviata by G. Verdi, La Boheme, Tosca, Madama Butterfly by G. Puccini, Barbiere di Siviglia by G. Rossini, Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni by W. A. Mozart. The concerts will be performed by professional singers accompanied by piano. The concert lasts one hour. It starts at 9. 15pm and ends at 22:15 When you will arrive, at the reception You will find to welcome you Me (Elena, if I will be not the sing of the concert) or Hiroko or Albert, my friend.
