Appartamento di charme all'interno di uno dei palazzi nobiliari più prestigiosi di Catania, Palazzo del Toscano, sito nelle centralissime via Etnea e piazza Stesicoro. Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

DOVE SARAI L’alloggio è ubicato nel cuore della città,grazie a ciò è possibile raggiungere facilmente ed in pochi minuti a piedi le più importanti attrazioni. La struttura è molto vicina alla storica pescheria di Catania e quindi a molti ristoranti tipici della zona che vi permetteranno di gustare la cultura culinaria siciliana. Intorno alla struttura c’è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in strada ma l’auto non sarà custodita,o è possibile usufruire di alcuni parcheggi custoditi a pagamento.

Ampio e confortevole appartamento a soli 3oo mt dal Duomo di Catania. Può accogliere fino a 7 persone. E' suddiviso su due livelli. Fino a 4 persone si avrà accesso al piano inferiore.
