Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi). Parking: $35/night. Neighboring Construction: Possible noise during working hours. So far, we have not received any complaints from our guests! We look forward to hosting you!

Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away.
