The cozy, sunlit living area includes a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV, while the sliding glass doors open the entire space up to the balcony. And for sleeping arrangements, this condo features three comfortable bedrooms including a "mermaid-friendly" kids' room. Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities including a fitness room, a seasonally-heated pool, and a hot tub.

Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.
