Located in Seaside proper. Prime location with a 1 minute walk to the beach. This one bedroom cottage provides lots of privacy snuggled in a cozy abundance of trees and Florida vegetation. Located on the side of Seaside's Rosewalk; an arrangement of cottages around central courtyard with lush vegetation and pedestrian footpaths. It is a very quiet location perfect for one person or a couple. The bed is located on the second floor loft. Marble countertops and modern appliances. Only 1 bed.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located downtown 1 mile from Palafox. In walking distance to all the nightlife or a quick Uber ride if walking isn’t for you. Very quick drive to the beach! Close to all the great restaurants, Wahoos stadium, and other great activities! Jo Patti’s is also in walking distance and kitchen is fully stocked to cook dinner in when you have had a long day at beach and don’t want to go out! Romana Retreat is the perfect, cozy getaway!

Cute upstairs studio apartment in the heart of East Hill in Pensacola, FL. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to downtown or across 3 mile bridge to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Located off of 12th Avenue, it’s within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Alga Brewery recently opened just 3 blocks away. Coming soon is Magnolia, a Pensacola restaurant staple as well as Jitterbug, a coffee/pastry shop. East Hill Pizza is also next door, and has some of the best pizza in town.
